Terms of Use
The basics of playing Sootfall and using its optional services.
Using the game
Asian Sparrow LLC provides Sootfall: Jetpack Arena for personal entertainment. You may install and play the game through authorized distribution channels, subject to these terms, applicable law and the relevant app-store terms. The game is intended for ages 13 and above; minors should involve a parent or guardian where required by law.
Local gameplay and saves
This Android release includes offline local matches and local career progression, plus optional Wi-Fi/code-linked rooms that need connectivity to a signaling service. Room advertisements may be visible to devices that reach that service, not only devices on one Wi-Fi network. Global online matchmaking and cloud career saves are not enabled. You are responsible for understanding that clearing app storage or uninstalling can remove local progress. Purchase restoration is separate from restoring career data.
Optional purchases
Google Play displays the product, price and billing terms before you buy. Purchase only if you are authorized to use the payment method. The catalogue includes one-time arsenal upgrades, field gear, Complete Roster access, Full Kit access and permanent menu-banner removal. Product contents and localized prices are shown before purchase. No recurring subscriptions or paid random-item purchases are part of the selected launch catalogue.
Arsenal tiers offer 5%, 10% or 15% more damage and 5%, 10% or 15% shorter reload time. Field gear improves armor and jetpack fuel. Exact effects, stacking rules and product contents are shown in the game before purchase. These upgrades apply to local play. One starter operator is free. Complete Roster or Full Kit ownership unlocks the operator roster and advanced customization. Career XP tracks progression and achievements; it does not unlock the paid roster in version 1.1.1. Verified purchases are preserved and eligible purchases can be restored. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Ads and rewards
A menu banner may be shown when ads are available for your age group and privacy choices. You can hide it for the current session without payment. Remove Ads permanently removes the banner; optional rewarded offers remain available by choice.
A completed eligible post-match rewarded offer grants 25 XP. Follow the offer's displayed completion requirement. An unavailable or incomplete ad does not create a reward entitlement. We do not require you to click an advertisement or purchase the advertised product. There are no automatic interstitial ads or ads during active gameplay.
Restoring purchases and refunds
Restore eligible purchases using the relevant Google Play account and the game's restore control when available. Entitlements are verified through Google Play and RevenueCat; a connection may be required. Contact support if a paid entitlement is missing.
Refund eligibility is determined by applicable law and the relevant Google Play policies. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights. A refunded or revoked transaction may remove the entitlement associated with that transaction.
Game assets and fair use
Game code, artwork and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Playing the game does not transfer ownership of those assets. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses. Do not misrepresent an unofficial copy as an official Sootfall release or use the services unlawfully.
Updates
We may update the game to fix issues, adjust balance and improve features. Product descriptions and release notes will explain material changes. Changes remain subject to your mandatory consumer rights.
