Include your app version, Android version, device model and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot can help if it does not contain private information. For a purchase issue, include the product name and your anonymous purchase support ID if your build displays one.
Do not email passwords, payment-card details or identity documents. You can contact us even if you do not have a support ID. Use support@asiansparrow.com for support and privacy requests.
Controls and camera
Use the left stick to move and fly, and the right stick to aim and fire. Tap a weapon slot to switch. Reload, throw and melee controls sit beside the action area. Settings let you adjust stick size, transparency, aim sensitivity and stick sides.
The scope button changes the camera view from 1X through wider views up to 8X. Training gives you room to learn before a local match.
Offline play and online rooms
Core play is offline. The native Android release does not include online or LAN rooms. Co-op Wave uses squad support. Ads, purchases and purchase restoration require a connection when enabled.
Restoring a purchase
Use the same Google Play account that made the purchase, connect to the internet and choose Restore Purchases in the game's shop or settings when available. This restores eligible permanent entitlements; it does not restore local career XP or match history. If something is missing, contact us with the product and support details above.
Banner and rewarded ads
The planned top banner appears in menus, not active matches. Hide it for the current session without paying, or use Remove Ads for permanent banner removal. Optional post-match rewarded offers remain available by choice. If an ad is unavailable, you can continue without watching it.
Local saves
Career, appearance and settings live on your device. Clearing app storage or uninstalling can remove that progress. There is no cloud career backup in this release.
