PRIVACY SUPPORT

Your data. Your choices.

Delete local progress or ask us to review information associated with a service record.

No game account is required. Sootfall's Android release uses local saves and, when purchases are enabled, an anonymous RevenueCat identifier. A technical purchase identifier is different from a user-created game account.

Delete local game data

  1. Open Android Settings and find Sootfall in your app list.
  2. Open its storage settings and choose the option to clear app data/storage. The wording varies by device.
  3. Confirm only when you are ready to remove local career progress, XP, appearance and settings.

Uninstalling also removes the app's local data. This release has no cloud career backup. Deleting local data does not cancel a transaction or automatically delete records held by Google Play or RevenueCat.

Request deletion of service data

Email support@asiansparrow.com with the subject Sootfall data deletion request. Tell us which information you want removed, such as a support conversation or a purchase-service record.

If available, include the anonymous purchase support ID shown by your game build. If you do not have it, contact us anyway; we will explain proportionate steps to find and verify the record. Do not send payment-card details, passwords or identity documents in the initial email.

What happens next

Asian Sparrow LLC will review the request, verify the relevant record where necessary, and respond under the applicable legal requirements. We can request removal of information held on our behalf by service providers. We will explain any data we must retain for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention or transaction records.

Deleting a purchase-service record may affect entitlement restoration. It does not itself refund a purchase or delete Google's records of your Play transaction. We will explain those consequences before taking an action that affects an entitlement.

Advertising choices

When available in your region, use Privacy Options in the game to review ad consent. You can also use relevant Google privacy controls. Hiding a banner changes whether it is shown; it is not a request to erase information already processed.
