Who can play

Untangle Bloom is intended for people aged 13 and older. If you are below the age at which you can enter into this agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms with you and supervise your use. Get the permission of the person responsible for the payment account before making a purchase.

Using the game

We give you a personal, nonexclusive license to install and play the game for your own entertainment in accordance with these terms and the applicable store rules. The game and its artwork, music, code, and other content remain owned by Asian Sparrow LLC or their respective licensors. This license does not transfer ownership of that content.

Do not use the game unlawfully, distribute unauthorized copies, sell access to it, interfere with its services, exploit purchase or reward systems, or attempt to access information that is not yours. These terms do not restrict activities that applicable law permits despite a contractual restriction, including any lawful rights relating to interoperability or security research.

Free play, ads, and internet access

Core puzzles are available through free play. The game includes between-level advertisements in eligible modes and optional rewarded videos. Ads and purchases require an internet connection; their availability can vary by location, connection, and provider. A video reward is delivered only when the advertising service reports that the reward was earned.

Remove Ads and the Supporter Pack remove between-level ads. Optional rewarded videos remain available. Buying one of these upgrades does not remove the advertising SDK or stop all advertising-service data processing. The Privacy Policy explains this processing and available privacy controls. Accepting these terms does not give consent to personalized ads.

Optional purchases and refunds

The shop offers one-time purchases, including Remove Ads, the Supporter Pack, hints, and coins. It does not offer subscriptions. The shop and Google Play checkout show the available product and local price before you buy. Google Play processes your payment, and RevenueCat helps validate and deliver the purchase. Only make purchases you are authorized to make.

The Supporter Pack includes ad removal, access to premium themes and orb styles, and a one-time bonus of 50 hints and 1,000 coins. Restoring a permanent upgrade or resetting progression is not a new purchase and does not promise another bonus. A payment that is cancelled, pending, or not yet verified does not immediately unlock a product. If a completed purchase is missing, try Restore Purchases with the purchasing Google Play account or contact us with the order identifier. Do not send payment card details or passwords.

Refund eligibility depends on the purchase, your location, applicable consumer law, and Google Play's refund policies. You can request help through Google Play or contact us. These terms do not make all purchases nonrefundable or remove statutory cancellation, refund, repair, replacement, or other consumer rights. A refunded or revoked purchase may no longer provide its associated upgrade or unused items.

Coins, hints, and other virtual items

Coins and hints can be earned through play or obtained through optional purchases and rewards. They are for use inside Untangle Bloom only. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money or real-world goods, and cannot be transferred, traded, wagered, or sold to other players. The game does not offer gambling, cash-out, or paid randomized items.

Spending coins or hints uses the selected amount for the in-game action. Please check the product description and your choice before confirming a purchase or spend. If an error prevents delivery or causes an incorrect charge, contact us so we can investigate; your consumer rights continue to apply.

Local saves and restoring purchases

Your progress, balances, appearance choices, and purchase and video-reward delivery records are stored on your device. The game has no account-based cloud save or cross-device coin and hint wallet, and Android backup of game data is disabled. Clearing app storage, uninstalling, losing a device, or moving to another device can cause permanent loss of progress and consumable balances.

Restore Purchases checks eligible permanent upgrades through Google Play. It does not guarantee recovery of spent or locally stored coins and hints. Reset Progress replaces progression and balances with starting values while preserving purchase and video-reward delivery records, owned looks, permanent purchase status, certain settings, the daily ad reward count, and the legal-document acknowledgment. Use reset only when you want to start again.

Privacy and external services

Our Privacy Policy explains information stored on your device, information processed by advertising and purchase providers, and how to request help or deletion. Google Play, advertisements, and external links can lead to services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Those services are not part of the game's local puzzle save.

Updates, availability, and problems

We may issue updates to fix errors, improve compatibility, or change features. Some updates may be necessary for continued compatibility with Android or store services. We aim to provide a working game, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, support for every device, or error-free operation at all times. If a problem affects a paid feature, contact us so we can investigate and provide any remedy required by law.

We will not use these terms to exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or to take away your mandatory consumer protections. No provision requires you to waive legal rights, accept mandatory arbitration, or bring a claim in a particular court.

Stopping use and changes to these terms

You may stop using the game at any time. Uninstalling removes the local save but does not itself refund a purchase or delete records held by Google or RevenueCat. If misuse materially interferes with the game or violates these terms, we may take proportionate steps to protect the service, subject to applicable law and any notice or remedy it requires.

We may update these terms when the game or its services change. The effective date identifies the version. When a new version is included in the app, the app asks you to review and accept it before continuing. Changes do not remove rights that accrued before the change. If you do not agree, stop using the game and contact us about any affected paid feature or applicable remedy.
