Untangle Bloom · Asian Sparrow LLC
Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: October 2, 2026
Untangle Bloom is a puzzle game provided by Asian Sparrow LLC. Your game progress is saved on your device. The app also uses Google AdMob for advertising and Google Play with RevenueCat for purchases; these services process information as described below. You do not need to create an account to play.
For privacy questions or data requests, email support@asiansparrow.com.
Before you begin
Before you can play, the app asks you to accept the Terms & Conditions and acknowledge this Privacy Policy. It saves the policy version and your acknowledgment on your device. The app starts its advertising and purchase services only after this step. Acknowledging this policy is not consent to personalized advertising and does not replace any separate privacy choice required by law. You can read these documents again from the app's settings.
Information saved on your device
The app stores completed puzzles, stars, scores, achievements, daily streaks, coins, hints, appearance choices, settings, ad reward limits, your legal-document acknowledgment, and records of purchases already delivered. These purchase records help prevent the same purchase from being granted twice. The app also keeps local records of earned video rewards, including a reward identifier, reward type and amount, and the day earned, to recover interrupted delivery and prevent the same reward from being granted twice. We do not upload your puzzle save to a game server or provide a cloud wallet or cross-device progress sync.
The app does not ask for your name, email address, date of birth, contacts, photos, precise location, camera, or microphone access. It has no chat or user profile. Sending us a support email is a separate, voluntary action.
Advertising
Google AdMob may collect and share your IP address and approximate location inferred from it, device or app identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic performance information. These support advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention. This does not require GPS access. See Google's Mobile Ads data disclosure.
We request nonpersonalized ads, apply Google's under-age-of-consent treatment to all users, and request G-rated ad content. We do not collect a birthday to make those settings. These restrictions do not mean that ads collect no information. Ad technology can use cookies, device identifiers, or similar storage for functions such as ad delivery, reporting, and preventing invalid traffic. See how Google uses information from partner apps.
After you complete the app's legal-document step, advertising services may initialize and prepare ads, subject to Google's privacy requirements. On later launches, this can happen after your saved acknowledgment is checked. Data processing is therefore not limited to moments when you choose a rewarded video. Where available, the app's privacy choices open Google's privacy controls. You can also manage advertising identifiers through Android settings.
Rewarded videos are optional. Remove Ads and Supporter purchases remove between-level ads; they do not disable optional rewarded videos or remove the advertising SDK from the app.
Purchases
Google Play processes payments. RevenueCat helps us validate purchases and determine which paid features are available. Purchase services process information such as product identifiers, purchase history, order identifiers or purchase tokens, purchase status, an anonymous app user identifier, and device or app technical information. We use this information to deliver purchases, restore eligible permanent features, understand purchase activity, and address purchase problems. We do not receive your payment card details. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.
Purchase services initialize after your legal-document acknowledgment has been recorded or checked, even if you do not make a new purchase. The app does not create a named RevenueCat account for you. Restore Purchases can check eligible permanent purchases through the store. Hints, coins, and their spending history are saved locally; restoring consumable balances after deleting app data or changing devices is not guaranteed.
Support and disclosure to others
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include. We use these to respond and investigate your request. Please do not send passwords or payment card details.
Google and RevenueCat receive the information needed for their services, as described above. Information may also be handled by service providers helping us respond to support requests, or disclosed when necessary to comply with law, protect rights, or address fraud. Providers may process information outside your country under their own privacy terms and applicable safeguards.
Retention and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until you reset it or remove it. Reset Progress starts your puzzle progression and balances over, while keeping purchase and video-reward delivery records, owned looks, permanent purchase status, certain preferences, your legal-document acknowledgment, and the daily ad reward count. It is not a request to delete data held by Google or RevenueCat.
Clearing the app's storage in Android settings or uninstalling it removes its local save and purchase and video-reward delivery records. The app disables Android backup of its game data. Removing local data does not delete store transactions or other information already held by service providers. Previously spent or locally saved consumable balances may be lost.
To request access, correction, or deletion of information within our control, email support@asiansparrow.com with the subject “Untangle Bloom privacy request.” Explain your request; for a purchase issue, an order identifier can help us locate the relevant record. We may need information to verify the request. Because the game has no named account, we may be unable to associate an anonymous record with you without additional information.
We retain support and purchase-related records as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent duplicate delivery or fraud, and meet legal obligations. Some records may need to be retained for those purposes. Provider records are also subject to the providers' retention and deletion practices. For information Google controls through your Google account or advertising settings, use Google's privacy controls as well. Deleting data does not itself cancel or refund a purchase.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to object to processing, request restrictions or a copy of your information, or complain to a privacy authority. Contact us to exercise applicable rights.
Security
Game saves use the app's local storage. Google AdMob and RevenueCat encrypt SDK data in transit. We use reasonable measures to protect information we handle, but no storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Age audience
Untangle Bloom is intended for teens and adults aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. When a new policy version is included in the app, the app presents the legal-document step again before starting play and its ad and purchase services. Any separate consent required for a new use of information will be requested separately.
