Glow Air Hockey: Plasma Puck – Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026 · Policy version 3
Asian Sparrow LLC publishes Glow Air Hockey: Plasma Puck, Android package com.asiansparrow.plasmapuck. Gameplay progress stays on your device. The Game also uses Google AdMob for advertising and Google Play with RevenueCat for optional purchases; these services process data as described below.
1. Local gameplay and age settings
The Game stores coins, levels, stars, cosmetics, achievements, missions, statistics, settings and policy acceptance locally. A coarse age band controls monetized features; the Game does not request your birth date. A separate optional-services preference starts off until you choose to enable ads and purchases. You can keep playing without enabling these services, and turning them off retains your age range. Local progress is not uploaded to a game account or cloud-save service. Settings → Reset progress, clearing app data or uninstalling can erase local progress. Purchase ownership is managed separately from earned coins and local progress.
2. Nearby matches on a local network
Nearby is optional Android play for two devices connected to the same Wi-Fi or phone hotspot. When you create, find or join a room, the Game exchanges local IP addresses and ports, temporary peer and session identifiers, a room code, fixed HOST/GUEST labels, room settings, readiness, paddle input, puck positions, scores and round results with participating devices. The hosting device relays the match. Local room advertisements include the room code and player count and can be visible to other devices on that network. The Game does not request your real name for a room and does not use a publisher-operated signaling, relay or cloud-save service for Nearby matches.
Nearby match traffic uses local TCP/UDP without application-added encryption. The room code is a convenience for joining, not an authentication credential or security password. Use a network and people you trust. Leaving a room stops its connections and discovery; room state is temporary and does not create a player account. Local game progress, advertising, purchases and provider processing remain governed by their separate sections below. Nearby itself does not require internet, but other enabled services may use it.
3. Advertising and privacy choices
Eligible players can see a menu banner and can voluntarily watch a rewarded ad for coins. The Game checks Google's User Messaging Platform before requesting ads and presents required privacy messages. Where required, Privacy choices in Settings lets you change those choices. Ads are unavailable until eligibility and privacy checks permit requests; accepting these Terms is not consent to personalized advertising.
Google's advertising SDK can collect and share IP address (including approximate location inferred from it), advertising or app-set identifiers, app/ad interactions and diagnostic/performance information. Google uses these for ad delivery, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention, subject to privacy settings. The Game does not request precise GPS location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera access. See Google Privacy Policy and Advertising technologies. Advertising identifiers can be reset or deleted in Android privacy settings.
4. Purchases and entitlement
Remove Ads is an optional one-time purchase processed by Google Play. RevenueCat receives purchase history and transaction information, product identifiers, purchase tokens and an app-generated customer identifier to verify ownership, restore purchases, prevent fraud and provide purchase reporting. We do not receive payment-card details. The Game does not send your name or email to RevenueCat as a customer attribute. Purchase records may remain after local progress is reset or the Game is uninstalled.
See RevenueCat's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy. Purchase or restore requires the appropriate Google Play account and internet connection; the Game does not require a separate user account.
5. Younger players
The Game is designed for teen and adult players aged 13 and older and uses a neutral age-band selection. Ad requests and purchase entry are disabled for an unknown age band or a player selecting under 13. Players aged 13–17 receive restricted ad treatment rather than personalized advertising when monetized features are available. This restriction does not mean third-party SDK code is absent from the application. A parent or guardian should supervise a minor's use and purchasing. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate with the relevant service provider.
6. Permissions, security and retention
Internet/network access supports ads, privacy messages, purchases and optional Nearby matches. Wi-Fi/network state and multicast access support finding and connecting local rooms. No precise GPS location permission is requested. Vibration supports optional haptic feedback. Google advertising and Play Billing permissions support their services. AdMob and RevenueCat encrypt service data in transit; local Nearby traffic has the separate security limitations described above. Local gameplay remains until reset, clearing app data or uninstalling; providers retain advertising, fraud-prevention and transaction data under their policies and legal obligations. The Game does not promise a fixed provider deletion period.
7. Your controls and deletion requests
You can adjust ad privacy choices where the platform requires an entry point, change Android advertising-ID settings, decline rewarded ads, purchase Remove Ads, and delete local progress. Ads & Purchases → Keep playing without ads/purchases stops new game-directed service requests and removes automatic banners. It does not cancel a checkout or ad already on screen, erase provider records, or guarantee that every SDK background operation has stopped. Remove Ads stops automatic banners; it does not erase earlier advertising or purchase records.
Contact support@asiansparrow.com to request access, correction or deletion of data we can associate with you. Include the Game name and, where available, the Copy support ID shown in Ads & Purchases after the purchase service has connected, or a relevant Google Play order identifier. A support ID helps locate records; it is not an authentication credential or proof that a deletion was completed. Do not send passwords or full payment-card numbers. We may need to verify a request. Google and RevenueCat may retain records required for fraud prevention, refunds or law; uninstalling alone does not delete their records.
8. Changes and contact
We update this policy when data practices change. Material changes require reviewing updated in-game policies. Privacy questions: Asian Sparrow LLC, Fair Oaks, California, USA; support@asiansparrow.com. See Game Terms & Conditions.
