These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Glow Air Hockey: Plasma Puck (the "Game"), published by Asian Sparrow LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By tapping "Accept & Play", or by otherwise using the Game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Third-party components are governed by their respective licences. Their copyright notices and licence texts are available in Settings → Open-source notices. Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted by a third-party licence; that licence prevails for its component where these Terms conflict with it.

2. Eligibility

The Game is a competitive arcade game intended for teen and adult players aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Game only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Virtual items

Coins, stars, levels, trophies, cosmetics and other in-game items ("Virtual Items") are earned through play. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, and are licensed to you rather than sold. We may modify, rebalance or remove Virtual Items as part of game updates. Progress is saved on your device; if you uninstall the Game or clear its data, your progress may be lost permanently.

4. Purchases and advertising

The Game is free to play. Eligible players may see a banner in menus and may choose to watch a rewarded ad for 100 in-game coins. No ad is required to play a match. An unavailable or incomplete rewarded ad does not grant coins. Google AdMob provides advertising, subject to applicable privacy choices and eligibility checks.

The optional Remove Ads purchase is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that removes automatic menu banners. Voluntary rewarded ads remain available to eligible players who choose their coin reward. Google Play checkout displays your local price, including applicable taxes, before you confirm. This is not a subscription.

Google Play processes payment; RevenueCat verifies ownership. We do not receive payment-card details. Use Restore Purchases with the Google Play account used to buy Remove Ads after reinstalling or changing devices. Resetting gameplay progress does not remove a verified purchase. Pending payments grant entitlement only after confirmation. Refunds and revocations may remove entitlement; refunds follow Google Play's applicable rules and rights required by law. Gameplay remains available offline, but checkout, restore and ad delivery need an internet connection.

5. Acceptable use

Optional Nearby matches connect two Android devices on the same Wi-Fi or hotspot. The host runs puck physics and scores; friendly Nearby matches do not award Career stars or coins. Both players must confirm a new round or resume a paused match. Availability depends on the local network; router isolation, device sleep, leaving the app or connection loss may pause or end the room. There is no cloud recovery of a disconnected round. Room advertisements and unencrypted match traffic may be visible on the local network. Use a network you trust; a room code is not a security password.

Except as permitted by applicable law or a third-party component's licence, you agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Game, or reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract its source code. You also agree not to use cheats, automation or unauthorised software to alter the Game, or use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Game, including its code, visual design, characters, names, music and sound, is owned by Asian Sparrow LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

7. Health and safety

The Game uses bright, flashing neon effects and vibration. A small percentage of people may experience seizures when exposed to certain light patterns. If you or anyone in your family has an epileptic condition, consult a doctor before playing, and stop immediately if you feel unwell. You can reduce glow, particles, screen shake and vibration in Settings. Take regular breaks.

8. Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the Game, or any feature of it, at any time without liability to you. Some updates may be required to continue playing.

9. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asian Sparrow LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progress or Virtual Items, arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Game and its optional purchases in the twelve months before the claim, except where such limits are prohibited by law.

11. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your licence ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Game and uninstall it at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. When changes are material, the Game will ask you to review and accept the new Terms before you continue playing.
