Park Jam Rush Terms of Use
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Asian Sparrow LLC ("we", "us" or "our") for your use of Park Jam Rush, our parking and passenger puzzle game. You can contact us at support@asiansparrow.com.
Before playing for the first time, read these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Selecting the acceptance control in the app means you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy. This does not give consent to optional personalized advertising.
1. Who can play
Park Jam Rush is intended for people aged 13 and above. Do not use the game if you are under 13. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian, who should review these Terms with you. You must have any permission required to make a purchase using the relevant Google Play account or payment method.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not continue into the game. You may stop using and uninstall the game at any time.
2. Your permission to use the game
Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the game for your own entertainment. We and our licensors retain ownership of the game, its software, artwork, sounds, names and other content. Buying a game item gives you access to that item within the game; it does not transfer ownership of the software or other intellectual property.
3. Coins, boosters and garage items
Gameplay coins, boosters and cosmetic garage items are virtual features for use only in Park Jam Rush. They are not money, cannot be redeemed for cash or real-world prizes, and may not be sold or transferred to another player. The game does not offer real-money gambling or cash winnings.
You can earn gameplay coins through play and use them for eligible in-game items. Cosmetic items change appearance and do not guarantee puzzle completion. The Sports Coupe, Racing Stripe and Gold Stars cosmetics included in the Starter Garage Pack can also be earned using gameplay coins.
4. Optional purchases and refunds
The Starter Garage Pack is an optional, one-time purchase that unlocks the Sports Coupe, Racing Stripe and Gold Stars cosmetics. It is not a subscription and has no recurring charge. Purchasing the pack is not required to play the core puzzles. Review the product and localized price shown by Google Play before confirming payment; available prices, currency and taxes depend on your location and Google Play.
Google Play processes payments, and its purchase terms also apply. Purchases may require internet access and may remain pending until Google confirms payment. Keep your Google Play account secure and use its purchase authentication and family controls where appropriate.
Refund eligibility depends on Google Play's policies and applicable law, including any mandatory consumer rights. See Google Play's refund policies and request process, or contact our support team for help with a purchase. Nothing in these Terms removes a refund or other remedy that the law requires. Access granted by a refunded, reversed or canceled purchase may be removed, subject to applicable law.
5. Local saves and restoring purchases
Your levels, coins, boosters, earned items and preferences are stored locally on your device. The game does not provide cloud saves or an app account for syncing this progress. Uninstalling the game, clearing app data, changing devices or losing your device can erase your local progress.
Paid access to the Starter Garage Pack is separate from saved gameplay progress. Use the game's purchase restoration control while signed in to the same Google Play account used for the purchase. Restoration requires internet access and a valid purchase record. It restores eligible paid access; it does not restore locally earned coins, boosters, levels or other lost progress. Contact support if an eligible purchase does not restore.
6. Advertising and optional rewards
When an ad is available, you may choose to watch an AdMob rewarded ad for 100 gameplay coins. A reward is credited when the advertising service confirms that its reward requirements were completed. Ad availability and successful delivery depend on the advertising service and your connection. No reward is guaranteed for an unavailable, interrupted or incomplete ad.
When available and permitted by advertising privacy requirements, an interstitial may appear when you leave a completed or failed round. It is separate from the optional rewarded video and does not grant coins. The game continues after the ad is closed and also works when ads are unavailable or offline. The game does not show banner ads. Buying the cosmetic Starter Garage Pack does not remove advertising. Advertising privacy choices are handled separately from accepting these Terms. Read the Privacy Policy for details and use Ad privacy choices in the app where available.
7. Proper use
Use the game lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not:
- Distribute unauthorized copies, sell access to the game or misuse our intellectual property.
- Interfere with the game or its services, introduce malicious software, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or other people's data.
- Manipulate purchase records, ad rewards or entitlement checks, or use automation or exploits to obtain benefits fraudulently.
- Reverse engineer or bypass technical protections except where applicable law gives you a right to do so.
We may restrict access to connected services or end your license for a material breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law. Where reasonably possible and appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You remain entitled to any remedies required by law.
8. Updates and availability
We may update the game to fix problems, improve features or meet legal and service requirements. Features, supported devices, ad availability and connected services may change. Core gameplay can be played offline; purchases, restoration and rewarded ads need internet access. You are responsible for your device and any network charges.
We do not promise that every feature or third-party service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. If we materially change or discontinue paid functionality, we will respect applicable consumer rights and provide any notice or remedy required by law.
9. Responsibility and legal rights
We will use reasonable care in providing the game. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided as available, and we do not make additional promises about its suitability for a particular purpose. The game is licensed for personal entertainment, and we are not responsible for business losses from commercial use or for losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated when you accepted these Terms, to the extent the law permits these limits.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights remain in force. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
10. Privacy and changes to these Terms
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled by the game and its service providers. Accepting these Terms does not replace any separate consent or privacy choices required by law.
We may revise these Terms as the game or legal requirements change. The effective date and revision above identify this version. We will make the revised Terms available and ask for acceptance again in the app when its required legal version changes. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you may stop using the game and contact us about any purchase rights.
