Park Jam Rush Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 1, 2026
Revision: 2026-09-30-v1

Asian Sparrow LLC operates Park Jam Rush, the parking and passenger puzzle game for Android. This policy explains information handled by the game and its advertising, purchase and support services. Contact us at support@asiansparrow.com.

Your puzzle progress stays on your device. Advertising and optional purchases involve the service providers described below. Accepting the Terms of Use and acknowledging this policy is separate from choosing whether to give optional advertising consent.

First-use notice and your choices

Before you enter the game for the first time, the app asks you to read the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy and accept the notice. The app stores the legal revision accepted and the date and time of acceptance on your device so it can determine whether to show the notice again. This acceptance record is not uploaded by the app. Clearing app storage also removes this record.

The app begins its own advertising and purchase service setup after you accept the notice. Android and bundled service components may initialize as the app opens, so the first-use notice is not a guarantee that all platform or service processing waits for acceptance. Google's advertising consent process is separate, and the app checks the advertising service's consent status before requesting ads.

Your game progress

Levels, gameplay coins, boosters, earned garage items and preferences are saved on your device. You do not need to create an app account. We do not upload your puzzle progress to our own server or provide cloud saves. Removing the app, clearing its storage or changing devices can erase this progress. Paid purchases are separate from earned progress and can be restored through the same Google Play account; restoration does not recover lost local gameplay progress.

Advertising

You may choose to watch an AdMob rewarded ad for 100 gameplay coins when an ad is available and its reward requirements are completed. When an ad is available and advertising requests are permitted, the game displays an interstitial at the transition after a completed or failed round. The next round continues after the ad is closed. Unavailable ads do not block play. We do not show banner ads. Google's Mobile Ads and consent services may process your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), device and advertising identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic information. Google uses this information to deliver and measure ads, support analytics and prevent fraud. Non-personalized ads still involve data processing.

As a conservative privacy choice, the app applies under-age-of-consent treatment to advertising requests for all players, requests non-personalized ads and uses Google's G-rated (general audience) ad content setting. The app does not ask for or collect your date of birth. These advertising settings do not change the game's intended audience of ages 13 and above.

The app requests consent information and displays Google's consent interface where required. Where available, use Ad privacy choices in the app to revisit your choices. You can also manage or delete your advertising ID in Android settings. Declining optional advertising consent does not prevent core puzzle play. Accepting the game's Terms or this notice does not itself authorize personalized advertising. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps.

Purchases and restoration

Google Play processes payment for the optional Starter Garage Pack. We do not receive your payment-card details. RevenueCat processes an app-generated customer identifier, purchase and transaction history, product identifiers, entitlement status, and information such as app version, platform, locale and currency to validate purchases, restore access and provide purchase analytics. We do not send your name, email, contacts or advertising ID to RevenueCat as customer attributes. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

The pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The final localized price appears in Google Play's purchase screen. Its Sports Coupe, Racing Stripe and Gold Stars cosmetics can also be earned using gameplay coins. Purchases, restoration and rewarded ads need internet access; core gameplay is available offline.

Support and privacy requests

If you contact support, we receive the contact details and information you choose to include. We use them to respond, investigate problems and resolve your request. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, obtain a copy of your information, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have a right to complain to your local privacy regulator. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that lawfully occurred before withdrawal.

To make a privacy request, including access to or deletion of purchase-service data associated with the app, email support@asiansparrow.com with the subject "Park Jam Rush data request". We may need to verify your request and identify the relevant records. We will handle requests as required by applicable law. Deleting purchase records may affect restoration, and Google may retain transaction records under its own policies and legal obligations. You can remove local game data using Android's app storage settings or by uninstalling the app.

Retention, sharing and security

Local progress and the legal acceptance record remain until the app's storage is removed or those records are replaced by the app. Purchase records and support correspondence are kept as needed to provide the service, address disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Google and RevenueCat may retain information under their own policies and process it in countries other than yours. The game uses encrypted network connections for its service requests. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Information is disclosed to the service providers described above for those purposes, and when required by law. We do not sell game progress or contact details. Advertising-related processing may be treated as selling, sharing or targeted advertising under some local privacy laws. Use the available advertising consent and privacy controls, and contact us to exercise applicable rights.

Where a legal basis is required, we handle information as needed to provide requested services, meet legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests such as maintaining the game, supporting users and preventing fraud, subject to your rights. We seek consent where required, including through Google's advertising consent controls. Acknowledging this policy does not waive your privacy rights.

Audience and permissions

Park Jam Rush is intended for teens and adults aged 13 and above and is not marketed to children under 13. Players under the age of legal adulthood need permission from a parent or legal guardian. We do not ask for your contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise GPS location. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact support so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Links and updates

If you open an external website from the app, that website handles information under its own privacy notice. This policy describes Park Jam Rush; it does not replace the policies of Google, RevenueCat or other sites you choose to visit.

We may update this policy when the game, its services or legal requirements change. The effective date and revision above identify the current version. We will make updates available through the app and ask you to review the legal notice again when its required version changes. We will obtain any additional consent required by law before using information for a new purpose that requires it.
