These Terms apply to Arrow Puzzle: Tap & Escape (Android package com.asiansparrow.arrowpuzzle), provided by Asian Sparrow LLC. When you actively agree to these Terms in the app, you enter into this agreement with us. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
Campaign, Daily, and Rush are free and work offline. Each campaign and Daily board includes one free hint, including in Relaxed mode. Campaign skips and Keep going do not require an ad or payment. Adults can optionally buy additional hint packs or Remove ads. These are separate purchases. No account is needed.
Who the game is for
The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are below the age at which you can enter into this agreement where you live, have a parent or legal guardian review and agree to it with you. Choose your age group accurately, or choose “Prefer not to answer.”
The local age choice controls privacy features. Under-18 and unknown-age players can play without starting the game's advertising and purchase services when access is permitted. The adult choice and the current Terms acknowledgment are required before those services start. You must also be legally entitled to make any purchase and authorized to use the payment method.
Google Play may require age verification or parental approval in applicable regions. The app checks available store information and may temporarily restrict access until a required step or approval is completed. This is separate from the age group you select in the game. Offline play does not bypass a known restriction, and a restriction does not delete your purchased hint balance. The Privacy Policy explains these checks.
Your permission to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive permission to install and play the game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the applicable store rules. We and our licensors retain ownership of the game's software, artwork, names, and other content. You keep any rights the law gives you.
Do not redistribute or sell the game as your own, remove ownership notices, interfere with its services, submit fraudulent purchases or refund claims, or misuse the app to break the law. Do not bypass purchase checks or reverse-engineer protected software except where applicable law permits it. Ordinary gameplay, accessibility tools, and actions legally permitted to you are not prohibited by these Terms.
Free gameplay, ads, and connectivity
Core gameplay supports offline play, subject to any required Google Play access checks described above. Advertising, store availability, purchase validation, and restoration depend on connectivity and provider availability. A network or advertising failure should not require a purchase to keep playing.
In the enabled adult experience, an interstitial ad may appear when you leave each completed Campaign or Daily board, or a completed Rush run, by continuing, playing again, or returning to the menu. Ads do not appear between boards within an active Rush run or unlock hints, skips, or Keep going. An ad is shown only when one is ready, the applicable privacy result allows ads, the Remove ads product is available, ownership has been checked, and you do not have an active Remove ads entitlement. If an ad is unavailable, the game continues without waiting for it to load.
Advertisements and linked websites are provided by third parties. Their offers and services may have separate terms. Agreeing to these Terms does not consent to personalized advertising. Advertising choices and the game's information practices are explained in the Privacy Policy.
Free hints and optional hint packs
Each distinct campaign or Daily board includes one free hint, including in Relaxed mode. Restarting, revisiting the same board, or resetting campaign progress does not refill that board's saved free-hint allowance. Each Rush board also allows one free hint, which costs three seconds of game time. Rush does not spend purchased hints or open the hint shop during the timed run.
The optional 10 hints pack (product arrow_hints_10) adds ten consumable hint credits to this app installation after the store confirms the purchase. Each new hint you choose after a board's free allowance uses one credit. Showing the same still-useful hinted arrow again does not use another hint. Buying a pack does not automatically use a hint. Packs are not subscriptions and do not remove ads. Remove ads does not include hint packs.
Purchased hint credits and their usage record are stored on this device. There is no game account or cloud wallet. Remaining hints cannot be restored after uninstalling or reinstalling the app, clearing app storage, losing the device, or moving to another device. Restore purchases restores eligible Remove ads ownership, not a lost hint balance. The app shows this limitation before you start a hint-pack purchase. Saved credits can be used offline in the adult experience while the current Terms acknowledgment and local records remain available.
A cancelled, declined, or pending payment does not add hints. A pending purchase can be credited when Google Play confirms it and the app receives the confirmed transaction on the same installation. If local hint storage cannot be read or saved, paid hint use and new hint-pack purchases are unavailable; free gameplay remains available. For a purchase that did not deliver its credits, contact us or use Google Play purchase support. The refund and consumer-rights provisions below also apply to hint packs.
The optional Remove ads purchase
Remove ads (product arrow_remove_ads) is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that disables the game's interstitial advertisements. It is not a subscription, does not renew, and is not needed to unlock any game mode. It does not include hint packs, physical goods, cash value, or access to a separate service.
For either purchase, Google Play displays the applicable localized price and any applicable taxes before you confirm. Review that screen before buying. Google Play processes the payment and RevenueCat helps validate the resulting purchase. A cancelled or pending payment does not activate Remove ads until the store confirms it.
To recover eligible Remove ads ownership after reinstalling the app or changing devices, use Settings → Restore purchases in the adult experience with the Google Play account used to buy it. This does not recover consumable hint balances. Restoration requires store access and may require an internet connection. Changing your local age choice does not cancel the transaction. A refunded, revoked, or invalid Remove ads purchase may no longer grant the entitlement.
For a purchase problem or refund request, use Google Play's purchase-support options or contact support@asiansparrow.com. Refunds are subject to the applicable store process and your legal rights. Nothing here removes a refund, cancellation, guarantee, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Local progress
Progress, settings, per-board hint use, and the paid-hint wallet are saved on your device. There is no game account or app-operated cloud backup. Clearing app storage, uninstalling, device loss, or device failure can remove these records. Restoring Remove ads does not restore puzzle progress or a lost hint balance. Keep this in mind before resetting or replacing a device.
Updates and availability
We may update the game to fix issues, improve features, or meet platform requirements. Puzzles, presentation, and compatibility may change. We do not promise that the game or every third-party service will be uninterrupted, error-free, available on every device, or supported indefinitely. Any change affecting a purchase remains subject to your applicable consumer rights.
Responsibility and your rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided as available, without additional promises beyond those stated in these Terms. You are responsible for using a compatible device and for any network or store charges you authorize.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where that liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability or right that the law does not allow us to limit. Mandatory consumer protections in your country continue to apply.
Ending use and changes to these Terms
You may stop using the game at any time and uninstall it. We may take proportionate steps to restrict access to our services when necessary to address a material breach of these Terms, fraud, or a legal requirement, subject to your legal rights.
We will publish revised Terms with an updated effective date. If a change requires a new agreement, we will ask for it in the app. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you already have. If a part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the remaining parts continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
