This policy explains how Arrow Puzzle: Tap & Escape (Android package com.asiansparrow.arrowpuzzle) handles information. Asian Sparrow LLC provides the game and is responsible for the information we handle as described here.
No game account is needed, and progress stays on your device. Campaign, Daily, and Rush support offline play, subject to any required Google Play access checks described below. Advertising and purchase services require the current Terms acknowledgment and an adult age choice. Under-18 and unknown-age players can play without those services when access is permitted.
Information stored on your device
The game stores progress, unfinished campaign and Daily puzzles, scores, settings, ad-frequency counters, and per-board free and paid hint use locally. It also stores your chosen age group and the version of the Terms you acknowledged. The native hint wallet stores its balance, identifiers of credited store transactions, and identifiers of hint uses to prevent duplicate credits or deductions. We do not upload puzzle progress, age choices, Terms acknowledgments, free-hint allowances, or the local hint-usage journal to our own server or send those records to AdMob or RevenueCat. Store purchase transactions are processed separately as explained below. The game has no sign-up, cloud-save, cloud wallet, chat, or social-sharing feature.
Your age choice is a category: “Under 18,” “18 or over,” or “Prefer not to answer.” We do not ask for your full date of birth. The game does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or precise location. Google's consent service may store advertising privacy preferences on your device and communicate consent information needed to apply them.
Age choices and starting services
Arrow Puzzle is intended for teens and adults aged 13 and over. Before the current Terms acknowledgment is saved, or when your age choice is under 18, unknown, missing, or unavailable, the game does not configure Google AdMob or RevenueCat or initiate purchases. Agreeing to the Terms is separate from advertising consent; the Privacy Policy explains our practices rather than asking you to consent to every practice.
You can change your age choice in Settings. Changing away from the adult choice stops further game-initiated ad and purchase requests. It does not unload a native service that has already started, recall information already sent, or delete provider records. Requests already sent or being processed by those services may finish.
Opening a hosted legal page, a provider link, or an email app is a separate action you choose. The browser, website host, or email provider may process ordinary connection information, including your IP address, under its own practices, even when the game's ad and purchase services are off.
Google Play age and parental-approval checks
After the current Terms acknowledgment, the Android app uses Google's Play Age Signals service to check applicable age-verification and parental-approval requirements. This check is separate from your local age choice and can apply to any age group. Google Play may ask you to complete verification or choose whether to share available information. Its response can include an age range and verification or parental-approval status.
We process the response on your device to apply access requirements. We do not send it to AdMob, RevenueCat, our servers, advertising, marketing, profiling, or analytics systems. We do not retain the raw response, a date of birth, or a Play installation identifier. We keep only the minimum local access-restriction state needed to avoid forgetting a known restriction when the connection is unavailable. A later confirmed result can update that state; clearing app storage removes local records.
A required verification or pending or denied parental approval can temporarily prevent access. An unavailable check does not erase a known restriction. The app can ask you to retry or complete the required step in Google Play. These checks do not delete purchased hint credits. Google processes its own account and verification information under Google's Privacy Policy.
Advertising in the adult experience
The Android app uses Google AdMob for an interstitial advertisement opportunity when you leave each completed Campaign or Daily board, or a completed Rush run. No ad is shown between boards within an active Rush run. The app may preload an ad after the advertising and purchase checks described below permit it, so an available ad can appear at the completed-game break without waiting for a network load. AdMob and its advertising partners may collect and share IP addresses, which can indicate approximate location; device, advertising, app-set, and applicable account identifiers; app and ad interactions; and diagnostic information. These data support ad delivery and measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, and service security.
The app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to check applicable privacy requirements and display available consent choices before initializing the advertising SDK. An ad request is permitted only when Google's consent result allows it, the store product is available, purchase ownership is known, and Remove ads is not active. Declining personalized advertising may still permit other ads and related data processing, depending on the choices offered in your region.
You can reopen the available form from Settings → Privacy choices when Google makes that option available. You can also manage advertising identifiers in Android settings. Those controls do not necessarily stop every identifier or other information described above from being processed. The one-time Remove ads purchase disables the game's interstitial ads; it does not erase previous ad records or stop purchase validation.
See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Purchase and restoration services
Google Play processes the optional one-time Remove ads purchase and consumable 10 hints packs. RevenueCat helps check Remove ads ownership, validate both products, and provide confirmed transaction records used to credit the local hint wallet. In the enabled adult experience, RevenueCat can start and check ownership and purchase history before you make a new purchase. It processes an app-specific anonymous identifier, purchase tokens and transaction history, entitlement status, and technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, locale, and currency. Anonymous identifiers can still link records about an app installation.
We use these services to deliver purchases, restore eligible Remove ads ownership, understand purchase performance, address purchase problems, and prevent fraud. The local wallet records credited and ignored older transaction identifiers, a store-derived starting date, and each paid hint use to prevent duplicate credits or deductions. The game does not upload that usage journal or provide an account-based backup of remaining hints. A purchase initiated on the same installation may be credited after confirmation when transaction information refreshes; this is not a promise to restore a lost consumable balance after reinstalling, clearing storage, or changing devices.
The game does not send your name or email address as RevenueCat customer attributes or explicitly provide an advertising ID to RevenueCat. We do not receive your payment-card number or banking credentials. Purchases, ownership checks, and restoration may require an internet connection. Already saved hint credits can be spent locally without a network connection while access is permitted and the adult and current-Terms requirements are met.
RevenueCat processes app end-user information on our behalf. Contact us for requests about those records. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for information about its role and services, and Google's Privacy Policy for Google Play's processing.
Support and other disclosures
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments or information you choose to send. We use them to respond and resolve your request. An order reference can help with purchase support. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Information is provided to Google, RevenueCat, and the service providers that support the functions described above. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, or establish or defend legal rights. We do not upload local puzzle progress or age choices for advertising. Advertising data processing is described separately above and is governed by applicable privacy choices.
Retention and deletion
Local game records remain on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it, subject to your device's behavior. This can remove saved progress, local choices, remaining purchased hints, and their usage and transaction journal. The app does not provide its own cloud backup. Reset progress within the game preserves the hint allowance records and wallet; clearing app storage is different. Clearing local data does not cancel a Google Play transaction or delete records already held by Google or RevenueCat. Eligible Remove ads ownership can be restored in the adult experience using the relevant Google Play account. A lost consumable hint balance cannot be restored after reinstalling, clearing storage, or moving devices.
We keep support information for as long as needed to handle the request and any related dispute or applicable obligation. Purchase records are retained as needed to validate and restore purchases, handle refunds, prevent fraud, and meet applicable obligations. Providers' retention practices also apply to information they control. We do not promise immediate deletion of records that must be retained for those purposes.
To request access, correction, or deletion, email support@asiansparrow.com with the subject “Arrow Puzzle privacy request.” We may ask for information reasonably needed to locate the relevant records and verify the request. We cannot recover local game data from our servers because we do not hold it. No game account is needed to contact us.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain advertising uses. You may contact us to exercise applicable rights or ask about our practices. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out lawfully. You may also raise a concern with your local data-protection authority and use the relevant provider's privacy controls.
Younger players
The game is not directed at children under 13. An under-18 or unknown age choice keeps ad and purchase services off as described above. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
Security and international processing
The integrated Google advertising and RevenueCat services use encrypted network transport. We limit the information requested by the game to the functions described in this policy. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries; their policies and contractual safeguards govern the processing they perform.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game, its services, or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised policy with its effective date and provide additional notice or request new consent when required. You can find this policy from the app's introduction and Settings.
