Effective October 16, 2026 · Android package: com.asiansparrow.tinytown
These terms describe Tiny Town, provided by Asian Sparrow LLC. A parent or legal guardian should review them and supervise a child’s use, purchases and contact with support. Google Play’s applicable terms also govern use of its store and payment services.
The game
Tiny Town is a collection of learning and pretend-play activities for children ages 2–7. A grown-up can adjust difficulty, sound, routines and play-time settings. We grant a personal, non-commercial right to use a legitimately obtained copy of the app. Do not redistribute the app or its assets, bypass purchase verification, or use it to violate others’ rights.
Hospital and safety activities are fictional play. They are not medical advice, emergency training or a substitute for adult supervision or professional help. Simulated phone interactions do not place real calls. In an actual emergency, seek adult help and contact the appropriate real emergency service outside the game.
Free sample and full-game purchase
The app includes eight free activities, one in each building. The optional Tiny Town Full Game is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks all 54 activities. It is not a subscription. The price and currency shown by Google Play immediately before confirmation control the transaction. The US base price is $4.99; local prices and taxes may differ.
Stars, stickers and outfit rewards are earned through play and are not sold as additional purchases. The full-game purchase opens the activities; it does not immediately award every earned cosmetic. There are no third-party ads.
A parent must complete the grown-up gate before opening the purchase controls. Do not confirm a payment unless you intend to buy. Pending payments do not grant paid access until the store and purchase service verify completion. A cancelled or failed attempt does not itself establish ownership.
Restore and offline play
Use Restore purchases in the grown-up area with the Google Play account that made the purchase when recovering access on an installation or supported device. Restore and store setup require a connection. The app uses verified cached access for offline play after a successful purchase check. Local progress is stored separately from store ownership and may be lost when app storage is removed. Android backups, if enabled by the device owner, are controlled by Android settings.
A refund, revocation or invalid transaction can remove paid access after verification. A purchase does not promise access across different Google accounts, other stores or platforms, or automatic family sharing. Reviewer preview is temporary session access for review; it does not create purchase ownership and ends on exit or app restart.
Refunds and support
Refund eligibility and payment processing are governed by Google Play’s refund policies and applicable consumer law. Contact support@asiansparrow.com for app problems. Do not email passwords, full card details or a child’s personal/medical information.
Privacy, updates and availability
Our Tiny Town Privacy Policy explains local saves, purchase services, support information and data requests. We may provide maintenance and compatibility updates. Availability depends on supported Android/WebView versions and relevant store services. We aim to preserve the purchased full-game benefit when maintaining the app and will handle material changes under applicable law and store rules.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude. We make no promise that educational play produces a particular learning or health outcome.
