Tiny Town Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 17, 2026

Effective October 16, 2026 · Android package: com.asiansparrow.tinytown

Asian Sparrow LLC operates Tiny Town, a collection of pretend-play and learning activities designed for children ages 2–7, with controls and purchases for grown-ups. This policy describes the app, its purchase services and support requests. Our company website has a separate website privacy policy.

Tiny Town has no ads, subscriptions, chat, app account registration, camera or microphone recording. Eight activities are free. A parent can make one optional purchase to unlock all activities. Game progress is not sent to Asian Sparrow.

Information saved locally

The app saves activity progress, stars, stickers, earned outfits, routine-chart entries and preferences such as age band, sound settings, help number and play-time limit in local app storage. The age-band setting adjusts difficulty; it is not a request for a child’s name or date of birth. We do not receive this gameplay information.

Android may include app data in its operating-system backup if the device owner enables that service. Such backups are controlled by the device owner and Android’s backup settings, rather than an Asian Sparrow gameplay server. Clearing app storage or uninstalling may remove local progress; an operating-system backup may later restore it.

Google Play and RevenueCat purchases

The app uses Google Play Billing and RevenueCat to display the store price, verify purchases, maintain access and restore a full-game unlock. The RevenueCat SDK can connect when the app starts to check access. It creates an anonymous app-user identifier and processes purchase and entitlement records, product identifiers, transaction dates, store receipts or purchase tokens, and necessary technical information such as app/SDK/OS versions, locale, currency and network connection information, including IP address.

These records support app functionality, purchase troubleshooting, fraud prevention and purchase/revenue analytics. The app does not send a child’s name, email, routine entries or activity history to RevenueCat. We have disabled optional SDK diagnostics, automatic advertising-identifier collection and automatic store messages. We do not configure advertising or marketing integrations.

Google Play handles payment details. Asian Sparrow and the app do not receive your full payment-card information. Store purchases and Restore require an internet connection. Verified cached ownership supports offline play on the installation; reinstalling or changing devices may require connecting and using Restore with the purchasing Google Play account.

Providers have their own notices: Google Privacy Policy and RevenueCat Privacy Policy. We use RevenueCat as a purchase-service provider. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-app behavioral advertising.

Sound and voice

Music and effects are synthesized locally. Android voice prompts use an installed English voice that reports offline support. These are preset game prompts, not recordings of a child. The app does not request microphone access or send speech recordings to Asian Sparrow. The device’s speech engine and system services remain governed by their providers and device settings.

Support and parental choices

A grown-up may contact support@asiansparrow.com. We then receive the email address and information voluntarily included in the message, and use them to respond and resolve the request. Please do not send a child’s full name, date of birth, medical details, passwords or payment-card details. We may request limited purchase information to identify an access issue or verify an authorized request.

Music, effects and voice can be changed in the grown-up settings. Core free activities work without a purchase. Purchases, Restore and external help links are behind the grown-up area. Review preview is temporary local session access and does not create a purchase or change the RevenueCat identity.

Retention and security

Local game data remains until it is removed through the app/device lifecycle. Purchase and access records are retained while reasonably needed to provide and restore access, handle support or disputes, prevent fraud and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations. Support messages are kept while needed to resolve the matter and meet those obligations. We do not claim that an automatic deletion schedule runs.

Purchase-service communications use encrypted connections. Access to operator dashboards is restricted to authorized personnel. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Request access, correction or deletion

A parent or guardian can email support@asiansparrow.com with the subject Tiny Town data request. Tell us the request and the information needed to locate the relevant support or purchase record. The grown-up area shows a private Support reference when a purchase-service connection is available; a parent may include it with the request. Do not send a password or full card number. We may ask for proportionate information to verify authority and ownership before disclosing or deleting records. We handle verified requests under applicable law and explain any information that must be retained.

There is no separate Tiny Town login account to delete. To remove local progress, use Android’s app-storage controls; review device backups separately. Removing data does not itself request a store refund or cancel purchase ownership. Google may retain its transaction records independently. Purchase refunds are managed through Google Play.

Children and policy changes

Parents and guardians should supervise purchases and support contact. We do not knowingly request personal profiles from children. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact the support address so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated effective date.
