These terms govern your use of Crown Crash!, provided by Asian Sparrow LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the game. Questions can be sent to support@asiansparrow.com.
Who may use the game
If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review these Terms and authorize your use and purchases. You must also have the account holder’s permission before making any purchase.
Your permission to play
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to install and play Crown Crash! for your own entertainment, subject to these terms. The game and its content belong to Asian Sparrow LLC or their respective owners. You may not sell or redistribute the game, misuse its purchase systems, interfere with its services, or use it unlawfully. Restrictions on copying, modifying, or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Crown Crash! is a game. Its coins, gems, boosters, rewards, and other virtual items are for use within the game and are not money or a right to cash payment. They are not offered for resale or transfer outside the game’s supported features. Royal League opponents are computer-generated rather than other live players.
Optional purchases
Where your version offers purchases, the item description and Google Play purchase screen show what is included and the price before you confirm payment. Review these details carefully. Google Play processes the payment, and its applicable terms also apply. A purchase grants the described game benefit; it does not transfer ownership of the game or its underlying content.
The available paid products are one-time purchases: Remove Ads disables interstitial ads while leaving optional rewarded ads available; the Launcher Pack unlocks all six launchers early; and the Trail Pack unlocks all trails included in that offer. These products are not subscriptions. Their benefits can be restored through the game’s purchase-restoration feature using the relevant Google Play account, subject to store verification.
Use the purchase-restoration feature after reinstalling or changing devices if an eligible purchase is missing. A saved progress code is not a payment receipt. Contact support if a completed purchase does not arrive or cannot be restored.
Refunds and remedies are governed by applicable law and Google Play’s refund policies. You can also contact us about purchase problems. Nothing in these terms removes your mandatory consumer rights.
Advertising and external services
The game may display ads, including optional ads that offer a stated in-game reward. Ad availability and delivery depend on the advertising service and network connection. Follow the offer’s completion requirements to receive the reward. Advertised products, websites, and services are provided by third parties and may have their own terms. We do not make promises on those providers’ behalf.
Progress, backups, and availability
Gameplay progress is stored on your device. Clearing data, resetting progress, losing or replacing a device, or other device problems may affect it. The Backup progress feature lets you save a code yourself; keep a recent copy private if you want to preserve your progress. Operating-system backups and purchase restoration are separate features and may not restore the same information.
We may release fixes and updates that change gameplay or compatibility. Online features, ads, and purchases may be unavailable from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or permanent availability of every feature. Any changes remain subject to rights you have under applicable law, including rights concerning purchased digital content.
Privacy
The Crown Crash! Privacy Policy explains local saves, advertising, purchase services, support information, and privacy choices. Please read it alongside these terms.
Stopping use and legal rights
You may stop using and uninstall the game at any time. We may restrict access to services when necessary to address a material violation of these terms or unlawful misuse. This does not remove statutory rights or an entitlement to a remedy for purchased content.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided as available, without additional promises beyond those expressly stated. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any non-waivable warranty, refund, or other consumer right.
Changes and contact
Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Material changes will be communicated where required, and any consent required by law will be obtained. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
