Asian Sparrow LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Crown Crash! This policy explains how information is handled when you play the game, use its advertising or purchase features, or contact us about it. For privacy questions, email support@asiansparrow.com.
Game progress and device storage
Crown Crash! saves your levels, scores, stars, virtual currency, items, achievements, rewards, settings, and related gameplay records in the app’s local storage on your device. It also stores the policy version and time when you select Continue on the initial notice. This lets the game remember your progress, preferences, and acknowledgement. The game does not require you to create an Asian Sparrow account, and we do not operate a server that automatically stores your gameplay progress. The Royal League uses computer-generated opponents; it does not publish your scores to other players.
The game reads available device capability information, such as processor concurrency and memory estimates, to choose a graphics setting. That setting is stored locally. This local use is separate from information processed by the advertising and purchase services described below.
The optional Backup progress feature creates a code containing your saved progress. The code is encoded, not encrypted. Anyone with a copy may be able to read it or restore that progress. Copying the code puts it on your clipboard; saving or sending it through another app is your choice and is governed by that app’s practices. Keep your backup code private.
Depending on your Android device and backup settings, the operating system may also back up or transfer app data through its own services. Those backups are controlled by your device or backup provider, rather than a Crown Crash! cloud-save account.
Advertising
The Android app uses Google AdMob for interstitial and optional rewarded ads. Google’s advertising SDK processes information such as your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), advertising and other device or account identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. Google uses and shares this information to deliver and measure ads, analyze performance, and detect fraud. The information processed can vary with your privacy choices, device settings, and ad configuration.
Google and its advertising partners may process this information under their own privacy terms. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Where available, use Settings → Privacy options in Crown Crash! to review or change advertising choices. Android also provides controls for your advertising ID. Turning off personalized advertising does not necessarily stop all advertising or all processing needed to display, measure, or secure ads. A browser preview does not load AdMob ads.
Purchases, where available
Versions with in-app purchases use Google Play to take payment and RevenueCat to validate and manage purchases. RevenueCat creates a generated app user identifier after you continue past the initial notice; this is separate from a named game account and may be created even if you do not buy anything. These services process purchase history and transaction records, product identifiers, purchase tokens, purchase status, and that identifier. RevenueCat also receives technical information such as the device and operating-system type, app version, and the last time its service saw the app. This supports delivery and restoration of eligible purchases, purchase reporting, and fraud prevention.
We do not supply RevenueCat with your name, email address, or advertising identifiers through customer attributes or advertising integrations. A generated identifier is still capable of distinguishing a customer or installation; it does not mean no data is processed.
Payment-card details are handled by Google Play; the game does not ask you to enter a card number. RevenueCat processes purchase information on our behalf. See Google’s Privacy Policy and RevenueCat’s privacy information. The purchase section applies when these features are enabled in your version of the game.
When you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as your message, device details, screenshots, or order reference. We use this information to respond, investigate problems, and handle purchase or privacy requests. Our email service provider processes these messages as part of delivering and hosting email. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or information unnecessary for your request.
Retention, deletion, and privacy requests
Local game progress remains on your device until it is replaced, reset, or removed. Settings → Reset progress resets the local gameplay save. Android’s Clear storage control removes the app’s local data. To remove copies you made yourself, delete the backup codes wherever you saved or sent them. Manage system backups through the relevant device or backup-service settings. Resetting game progress does not by itself delete purchase records, support emails, or information already processed by Google.
We retain support correspondence as needed to respond to you, fulfill your requests, and meet applicable legal requirements. Google Play and RevenueCat hold purchase records under their applicable service and privacy arrangements. We use purchase-service records as needed to validate transactions, provide and restore purchased benefits, handle disputes, prevent fraud, and meet applicable legal or accounting requirements. These purposes can require keeping some records after you stop playing.
To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information associated with Crown Crash!, contact support@asiansparrow.com. For a purchase-data request, include your RevenueCat app user ID if available, or ask support for help locating the relevant record. Include enough information to identify your request without sending unnecessary sensitive details. We may need additional information to locate a record or verify that the request is yours. Requests are handled under applicable law; records required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes may need to be retained.
Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, obtain a copy of your information, withdraw consent, or complain to your local privacy regulator. Information Google holds for its own purposes is also subject to Google’s privacy controls and request procedures. Resetting or uninstalling the game does not make a request to delete those service records.
Data security and service locations
Game progress is stored within the app’s local storage. Google documents that its Mobile Ads SDK encrypts data in transit using TLS, and RevenueCat documents encryption in transit for its service. These protections do not make a copied backup code encrypted or guarantee that every device or transmission is secure. Protect your device and backup codes.
Google, RevenueCat, and email providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Their applicable service and privacy terms describe their processing arrangements.
Children’s privacy and guardian requests
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information through Crown Crash! or a support message, contact support@asiansparrow.com. Describe your concern without sending more personal information than necessary. You may ask us to review the information and to delete or restrict information we control, as applicable under the law. We may need information to locate the record and verify your authority to make the request.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the game or its information practices change. The revised policy will appear on this page with an updated date. Where an additional notice or consent is required, it will be provided through an appropriate channel.
