Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Diaper Toss may be used by children. We take children’s privacy very seriously and comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
We do NOT:
- Collect personal information from children under 13
- Require users to create accounts or provide personal data
- Include social features, chat, or user-to-user communication
- Use tracking or behavioral advertising targeted at children
We do NOT knowingly collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information from children. If you believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately at support@asiansparrow.com and we will promptly delete it.

Diaper Toss does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, photos, videos, audio recordings, or location data from any user.
Automatically Collected Technical Data
We may collect limited, non-personal technical data to ensure the App functions properly, including device type and operating system version, app crash logs and performance data, and general usage analytics (e.g., which levels are played most). This data is collected in aggregate and cannot be used to identify any individual user.
Advertising
Diaper Toss may display ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect certain device information for the purpose of serving ads. We use AdMob’s child-directed ad settings where applicable, which ensure:
- No personalized or behavioral advertising is shown to children
- No interest-based ad targeting is used for child users
- Ads are age-appropriate
To opt out of personalized ads:
- Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization
- iOS: Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising > Turn off Personalized Ads

In-App Purchases
Diaper Toss may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. Parental controls should be enabled to prevent unauthorized purchases by children.
Data Storage and Security
Game progress and scores in Diaper Toss are stored locally on the user’s device. We do not upload, transmit, or store user game data on our servers. We implement reasonable security measures to protect any technical data that is collected.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share personal information with third parties. Limited technical data may be shared with analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics for Firebase) and ad networks (Google AdMob, with child-directed settings where applicable). These third-party services are bound by their own privacy policies.
Data Retention
Since we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data to retain. Technical performance data is retained only as long as necessary for app improvement purposes.
Parental Rights
Parents and guardians have the right to review any information collected from their child (we collect none), request deletion of any data, refuse further collection of their child’s information, and contact us with any privacy concerns.

International Users
Diaper Toss is operated from the United States. If you use the App from outside the U.S., please be aware that any limited technical data may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
