These Terms and Conditions apply to Sensory Fidget Toys and explain the rules for using the app.

Acceptance

By downloading or using Sensory Fidget Toys, you agree to use the app in accordance with these terms and any applicable rules from Google Play or the Apple App Store.

License

Asian Sparrow grants you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for entertainment and relaxation purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or misuse the app except where applicable law gives you that right.

Appropriate use

You agree not to interfere with the app, attempt to bypass security protections, abuse storefront systems, or use the app in a way that harms devices, services, or other users.

Updates and features

Asian Sparrow may update, improve, rename, add, remove, or rebalance features over time. Planned monetization or premium options may remain disabled until they are fully ready for release.

Availability

The app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Asian Sparrow aims to keep it working well, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability on every device or OS version.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Asian Sparrow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Some locations do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this clause may not apply to you.
