This single policy combines the ClearTalk Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for Google Play and for users of the ClearTalk Android app. By tapping Accept & Continue, creating a profile, pairing devices, using audio/chat/location features, purchasing ClearTalk Pro, or otherwise using ClearTalk, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Who We Are

ClearTalk is operated by Asian Sparrow LLC, based in Sacramento County, California, USA. ClearTalk is a private walkie-talkie, rooms, channels, QR pairing, chat, Kid Mode, and optional family location app.

2. Ownership, License, And Intellectual Property

ClearTalk, including its app design, source code, compiled code, object code, app package, logo, app icon, name, visual identity, user interface, screen layouts, colors, controls, button designs, radio console design, Kid Mode design, GPS/radar/trace route design, communication systems, pairing systems, message systems, location features, documentation, screenshots, marketing assets, store assets, feature names, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Asian Sparrow LLC. All rights are reserved.

You receive only a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the app as provided through authorized app stores for lawful personal use. You do not receive ownership of the app, its technology, its brand, its source code, its design, its trade dress, or any intellectual property.

ClearTalk, the ClearTalk name, the ClearTalk radio logo/icon, the walkie-talkie visual identity, product names, visual designs, UI layouts, button designs, GPS/radar designs, Kid Mode designs, and brand assets are claimed by Asian Sparrow LLC as trademarks, service marks, trade dress, copyrights, and/or proprietary works as of May 3, 2026. Some rights may be unregistered, pending, or later registered.

3. No Reverse Engineering, Copying, Or Bypass

To the maximum extent allowed by law, you may not patch, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, inspect source code, extract source code, clone, scrape, copy, reskin, redistribute, resell, rent, host, mirror, create derivative apps, bypass ads, bypass payment checks, manipulate paid access, fake entitlements, tamper with files, alter network traffic, remove ownership notices, interfere with communication systems, impersonate users, abuse pairing, spoof locations, automate abuse, defeat security, defeat purchase verification, or use the app to build a competing or confusingly similar product.

Violations may result in immediate termination of access, loss of paid privileges where permitted, device or account blocking, app store reports, platform reports, legal claims, damages, attorney fees where allowed, preservation demands, subpoenas, takedown notices, and emergency court orders to stop misuse.

4. What ClearTalk Does

ClearTalk may provide push-to-talk audio, listen-only mode, continuous talk, call-style audio, QR pairing, rooms, channels, Bluetooth/Wi-Fi/LAN connection options where available, auto reconnect, chat, images, GIFs, voice messages, message edit/delete/recall/timer tools where available, signal indicators, Kid Mode, light/dark appearance settings, optional ads, Google Play purchases, and optional Pro Locate features.

ClearTalk Pro may include Family GPS, map view, radar view, compass direction, distance, GPS accuracy, trace route, smooth marker movement, custom GPS marker colors, larger group controls, admin controls, custom profiles, themes, and ad-free adult screens. Internet Relay is planned as a future feature and should not be treated as available until it is released and tested.

5. No Emergency Services

ClearTalk is not an emergency service, not a 911 service, not an SOS service, not a public safety system, and not a replacement for emergency radios, cellular service, satellite devices, medical monitoring, security services, professional supervision, rescue equipment, or law enforcement communication.

Do not rely on ClearTalk for emergencies, life safety, rescue, medical response, wildfire evacuation, law enforcement, public safety, child safety, elder care, hazardous work, driving, navigation, camping rescue, or any situation where delayed, missing, incorrect, faint, low-volume, distorted, or interrupted communication or location data could cause harm. Call 911 or local emergency services when needed.

7. Data We Do Not Intentionally Collect

ClearTalk does not require a ClearTalk server account for the core app. We do not intentionally collect your phone contacts or address book, your financial card number or banking details, passwords for a ClearTalk server account, browsing history outside the app, or private audio/chat/location content for sale to advertisers.

Payments are handled by Google Play. We do not receive your full credit card or banking details.

8. How We Use Data

We use data to provide and operate walkie-talkie voice, rooms, channels, QR pairing, chat, Kid Mode, Pro Locate, profile, settings, support, ads, subscription verification, safety/abuse prevention, diagnostics, and app improvement features.

Profile, connection, chat, audio, and location information may be shared with people, devices, rooms, or groups you choose to connect with. Some information may be processed by service providers for ads, Google Play purchases, subscription entitlement verification, optional crash reporting, app distribution, and app functionality.

9. Audio, Chat, Delivery, And Connectivity Limits

Walkie-talkie audio, calls, chat, edits, deletes, recalls, timed messages, QR pairing, reconnect, notifications, and signal status depend on device hardware, microphone/speaker settings, permissions, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, LAN, internet/signaling availability, interference, distance, battery settings, operating system limits, and the other user’s device.

Asian Sparrow LLC does not guarantee that audio, calls, messages, edits, recalls, deletes, location updates, route traces, notifications, pairing, reconnects, or signal warnings will be instant, complete, accurate, private, uninterrupted, or available.

10. Family GPS, Radar, And Trace Route

Family GPS, radar, direction, distance, GPS accuracy, smooth marker movement, custom GPS marker colors, and trace route are optional Pro features. They require location permission and user action to enable sharing. Location information is shared with connected room or group members when sharing is enabled.

Location information may include latitude, longitude, GPS accuracy, heading, speed, altitude when available, timestamps, participant name/avatar/color, and route trace points. GPS, radar, heading, route, and distance information can be delayed or inaccurate because of device sensors, buildings, terrain, weather, battery settings, permissions, sky view, and network conditions.

You are responsible for using good judgment and not treating location information as exact proof of a person’s position, safety, movement, or condition. Do not use ClearTalk to secretly track, monitor, record, harass, stalk, pressure, or surveil anyone. Every user whose location or communications are shared should have appropriate notice and consent.

11. Kid Mode, Children, And Family Use

Kid Mode is a simplified interface for family-supervised use. It is not a babysitter, safety guarantee, tracking guarantee, emergency monitor, or replacement for responsible adult supervision. A parent, guardian, or responsible adult must supervise use by minors, manage permissions, control the Admin PIN, and decide whether location sharing, chat, audio, camera, GIF/image sharing, ads, and paid features are appropriate.

Ads are not intended to appear in Kid Mode. If your Google Play target audience includes children, you are responsible for selecting accurate age ranges and complying with applicable child privacy and advertising requirements, including COPPA, GDPR, and Google Play Families policies.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate parent or guardian involvement. If you believe a child provided personal information without proper consent, contact support@asiansparrow.com.

ClearTalk may use these third-party services:

These services may process device identifiers, app activity, diagnostics, purchase status, or advertising-related information under their own privacy policies and terms. We configure in-app AdMob banner requests as non-personalized ads.

14. Advertising

The free version of ClearTalk may show ads on adult-facing, non-critical screens. Ads are not intended for Kid Mode, first-run legal consent, active push-to-talk controls, QR scanning, or safety-critical warning states. AdMob may process advertising identifiers or related ad data according to Google policies.

15. Purchases And ClearTalk Pro

Android purchases and subscriptions for digital features are handled only through Google Play Billing. Do not pay through any third-party website, direct payment link, cash app, message, QR code, or person claiming to sell ClearTalk Pro. The price shown by Google Play controls the purchase. Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled under Google Play policies.

RevenueCat is used to verify whether your Google Play entitlement is active. Paid access is active only after the app verifies the purchase entitlement through the app store billing system.

16. Legal Acceptance

When you accept the in-app Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, the app stores acceptance status, terms version, app name, business name, and acceptance date/time locally so the app can confirm that the current terms were accepted. If this policy changes materially, the app may ask users to accept an updated version before continuing.

17. Data Retention And Deletion

Data stored locally on your device remains until you delete it, clear app data, uninstall the app, or use available app controls. Messages, room state, profile settings, legal acceptance, preferences, and route traces may be stored locally depending on the feature.

We do not operate a general ClearTalk account database for the core app. Third-party services may retain data according to their own policies, including Google Play purchase records, RevenueCat entitlement records, AdMob ad records, and Sentry crash reports if telemetry is enabled.

You can delete local app data from Android Settings by clearing ClearTalk storage or uninstalling the app. You can also contact support@asiansparrow.com for privacy questions or deletion requests related to data we can access, such as support emails, optional Sentry reports, or RevenueCat records associated with your app user ID. Some records may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment records, dispute resolution, app store requirements, or legitimate business purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures for the app and related services. However, no app, device, network, Bluetooth connection, Wi-Fi connection, internet service, or third-party service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure or always available.

19. No Sale Of Personal Information

Asian Sparrow LLC does not sell your private walkie-talkie audio, private chat content, private media messages, or family location routes. We do not sell personal information as the term “sell” is commonly used under California privacy law.

20. California Privacy Rights

California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or limit certain personal information, subject to legal exceptions. To make a request, contact support@asiansparrow.com.

21. User Responsibilities

You agree to use ClearTalk only for lawful, safe, and respectful purposes. You are responsible for your communications, rooms, groups, shared content, location sharing, device settings, permissions, exported content, and conduct. You must not use the app to harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, record unlawfully, invade privacy, share illegal content, interfere with devices, misuse location features, violate another person’s rights, or break any law.

22. No Professional Advice

ClearTalk is a utility and communication app. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, immigration, security, public safety, rescue, navigation, childcare, or other professional advice.

23. Disclaimers And Limits

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ClearTalk is provided “as is,” “as available,” and “with all faults,” without warranties, guarantees, promises, or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

Asian Sparrow LLC does not guarantee accuracy, range, reliability, safety, privacy, uptime, message delivery, audio delivery, recall/delete behavior, location accuracy, route accuracy, signal strength, reconnection, ad availability, purchase availability, or compatibility with any device, OS version, network, or third-party service.

Asian Sparrow LLC is not responsible for misuse, unsafe use, injuries, property damage, lost data, failed communication, missed audio, delayed or wrong location, device problems, OS restrictions, user mistakes, third-party services, ad networks, app store billing systems, network outages, battery settings, background service limits, incompatible devices, or damages that exceed the amount you paid for the app or paid upgrade during the twelve months before the claim. Some laws may not allow certain limitations, so some limits may not apply to you. In that case, the limits apply to the maximum extent allowed by law.

24. California Law And Venue

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, this policy is governed by California law. You agree to personal jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California for disputes involving Asian Sparrow LLC or ClearTalk, except where applicable law gives you rights that cannot be waived.

Asian Sparrow LLC may seek injunctive, emergency, equitable, monetary, intellectual property, platform, takedown, and other relief in any court, platform, country, or venue needed to protect its intellectual property, users, services, business, security, or legal rights.

25. Changes To This Policy

Asian Sparrow LLC may update this policy for legal, product, store, privacy, security, monetization, or feature reasons. If a new version is required, the app may ask you to accept it before continuing.
